Who is Brahmmani? Why Brahmmani? Why not your own name?

• Brahma (ब्रह्मा)- the Hindu God of the holy trinity known as the Creator, Vishnu the preserver and

Shiva the destroyer.

• Brahm (ब्रह्म)- the word in Sanskrit that means ‘illusion, imagination’ in positive ways and ‘hallucination, misunderstanding’ in negative ways.

• Mani (मणि)- sanskrit: jewel, light, crystal

• Brahmani -  or Brahmi is one of the Sapta Matrika (seven Mother) Goddesses. She is a form of Saraswati and is considered as the Shakti of the creator god Brahma in Hinduism. She is an aspect of Adi Shakti, possessing the "Rajas Guna" and is therefore the source of Brahma's power. (Wikipedia)

​When I was a child, till my teenage years, I had a recurring theme of a dream/vision. My dreams have always been vivid and lucid. This particular one was me flying above beautiful landscapes, high above mountains. And while I enjoy the flight I wonder how I got there? And what do i look like? Am i a bird? or WAS i a bird? And once I had a very real surreal vision - I am standing and talking to someone next to the porch of our family house and while I'm talking I am slowly rising vertically above the ground through the tree,... straight up in my physical body. And i wonder what is happening? How am I rising ? Am i becoming a bird but my wings aren't flapping and I'm going vertically up,.. its bright. And then I am high above everything and on a horizontal flight again. The feeling was light and floaty.....

I have felt that same elevation and sight as i create my art. I've watched scenery after scenery get created, evolve and transformed. The above image is a sneak peak into my latest work, not yet named yet, that clearly needed more than just a video and hence I created this site.

​

I've ridden the waves of my journey with courage, hope, love and wisdom coming in from family, friends, synchronicity, birds, animals, feathers, numbers, intuition. I have questioned my name for many years, and it holds a lot of weight for sure (giggling), but i put that aside and what came awake

was all of me, and not any one name.

I finally feel a push to put out whatever is channeling through me. It is time I present to you the spirit that guides me and guides all of you.

The Divine Feminine, the nurturer, the creator, Devi, Shakti also called Brahmmani.
